Chivaro Gajadien plays an active role in the governance and transformation of Suriname as one of the President’s Advisors to President Chandrikapersad Santokhi. With his strategic mindset and practical leadership, he supports key government initiatives focused on transparency, development, and public service reform.

One of his significant contributions has been his involvement in the recovery and restructuring of the Staatsziekenfonds (SZF) — helping steer the organization back on track with stability, accountability, and service to the people at its core.

Through his work in government, Chivaro continues to bridge leadership with action — bringing bold ideas, accountability, and innovative solutions to serve the nation and improve lives.
